To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHub and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages will be limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
